Block-level workshops were conducted with Gram Panchayat Presidents, Secretaries, and Panchayat Development Officers, covering __ Gram Panchayats across six blocks of Lohardaga district. The workshop highlighted the vital role of Panchayati Raj Institutions in holistic village development, with a strong focus on education, early childhood care, and nutrition.

The sessions strengthened participants’ understanding of their role in supporting Anganwadi centres and schools. Working in groups, Gram Panchayat representatives developed Panchayat Development Plans, shaping a shared vision for children aged 3–18 years in their communities.
