Today's topic is something very close to my heart. Gatekeeping. It can be so ingrained in our minds that we don't even notice that something's wrong. I've been grateful though, I've had mentors who never hid from me, and answered all my questions with honesty. We all need to do that for each other, to truly make art an encouraging and safe space. What are you guilty of gatekeeping? I admit I used to hesitate before telling newbies about how I price my work when I started freelancing. Not anymore though.
