I recently stepped away from the noise for a learning expedition with and it hit me like cold water to the face.

Complexity kills ex*****on. A team with a clear compass will always outperform a team with a detailed map.

3. Evolution isn’t optional. Stagnation is a choice.
You cannot solve today’s problems with yesterday’s version of yourself. Surround yourself with people who challenge your blind spots.

The shift from doing to leading isn’t a strategy upgrade.
It’s a complete rewiring of who you are as a founder.
