Soak gond katira in water for 4 to 5 hours. After 5 hours, it transforms into a gel.
Add 1 tbsp of this gel to a glass, followed by the remaining ingredients listed above.
Mix well and enjoy!!

Mackerel Fish Fry Recipe | Ayala Fry | Bangda Fish Fry | Indian Mackerel Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
Mackerel/Ayala Fish - 1/2 kg
Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Fennel/Saunf Powder - 2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Water - to make thick paste
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Clean the fish and make long slots.
Prepare a marinade with the above ingredients.
Marinate the fish and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Fry the fish in oil until crisp on both the sides. You can also add curry leaves while frying for that added flavour!!
