For example, you might want to restrict a user from never modifying a particular company's records. Csmart is looking for a talented java developer to join us.

The role requires a self motivated person to join our small team. Since the team is small, you will need to be able to a bit of everthing. Client support, Sales calls, Demos and yeah a lot of coding.

The skill set we are looking for are:

Java, Swing experience (preferable, or willing to learn if not), XML, Apache Velocity, SQL.

Excellent communication in English is required. Since you will be talking to clients both written and oral communication is essential.
