How NextWealth is Creating GenAI Opportunities in Small Towns of India?

A lot has been said about AI eliminating present employment prospects and getting displaced with newer skills. Companies like NextWealth are imparting AI skills for graduates in small towns that enable them to participate in emerging opportunities.

NextWealth employs nearly 5,000 graduates, with more than 60% women employees, who have now become the backbone of a lot of these AI services and offerings to global companies from eleven delivery centers located across India.

Shyam Nandan Upadhyay of Analytics India Magazine had a conversation with the Founder & Managing Director of NextWealth, Dr. Sridhar Mitta, the former CTO of Wipro Technologies, wherein he explained how they enable graduates from diverse backgrounds to perform AI related tasks like data annotation, enrichment, model testing, etc.
