A Village of Humming Artisans
: Far away from the city borders, tucked away right in middle of open fields lies a village called Naya. It houses more than 250 artisans or Chitrakars, who indulge in an artform called Pata chitra, a narrative scroll painting. They paint on scrolls using colours derived from nature. Later they would unroll the scroll, page by page and sing a narrative song, paater gaan. I met many artisans who have received "President's Award", and travelled all over the world. Yet they live in an utter simplicity. After their art form faded away took over the village, and it is an Unesco World Heritage Sites

Bharat Biotech, An India-based biotechnology company developed India's first COVID-19 vaccine named Covaxin. Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) approved to do clinical trials on humans.
The DCGI’s permission will allow the company to direct Phase I and II studies.
The vaccine has developed in partnership with the Indian Council of Medical Research’s National Institute of Virology. It has manufactured in Bharat Biotech’s facility, Hyderabad.

The sudden and extensive months of lockdown has directly affected multiple sectors, especially the educational sector. Institutes have been helplessly moving online, causing much dismay amongst students from various geographical locations and financial backgrounds. We looked up the situation in the rural areas and here's our insight on the same.
