At Work Tonic we have a placement process for all the students who complete our pre-training, similar to the Campus Recruitment Model.

We have a line up of reputed companies looking to hire and each candidate can choose 3 potential employers and appear for interviews. Once they are selected, they opt out of placements. Here the students get to select their employers.
