Objective:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide our customers world class service consistently with high standards of care

Job Description

• Client onboarding and profiling

• Complete understanding of client requirements and portfolio

• Active and inactive client engagement via service calls Revenue generation, increasing client wallet share and cross sell

• Resolve service escalations by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

Candidate Profile

• Graduate specialisation form any discipline is ok • Prior work experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Candidate should be go getter with high energy levels and a

passion for client management

Preferable Experience Field : .Real estate and banking/home or personal loans/mortgage sales with minimum 2 Years of experience
