A Red-Letter Day in Global Education: July 21, 2025
On July 21st, 2025, India witnessed a turning point in the history of education—a day that will echo for decades. Under Project Carte Blanche, more than 500 schools across every district in the country adopted Hybrid Learning, ushering in a monumental wave of digital transformation in education.
From Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Tribal Schools, Sainik Schools Society, and Army Public School (APS), to State Government institutions from Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, and across Union Territories—India’s educational landscape came together in an extraordinary show of unity. This revolution also included leading private institutions such as Delhi Public School (DPS), DAV Schools Network, Mount Litera Zee School - India, and Missionary schools, all stepping forward to embrace the future.
And the results? A single hybrid class with over 25,000 students from across this rich and diverse academic spectrum—marking the largest classroom ever conducted in the world, powered by technology, inclusivity, and innovation.

Tech Avant-Garde, in association with Project Carte Blanche & Roshini Social Schooling, started an initiative to Invest in a Girl Child on 11 Oct 2023 - International Day of the Girl Child. The aim was to fund the graduation of the Girl Child. The theme was – “Invest in Girls’ Rights: Our Leadership, Our Well-being”.
The first school to participate in this program was Army Public School Kamaraj Road, Bangalore. They selected Suchitra Nair, a 12th STD student, for the scholarship under the guidance of Maj. Gen. Ravi Murgan GOC KK Sub Area.
Suchitra Nair has chosen BA double majors programme offered by Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru.
We will select more Girl Children from various Carte Blanche Schools on 11 Oct 2024 for this scholarship. The objective is to create a strategic moment that concentrates and celebrates the voices of girls while urging those in positions of official authority to enhance their financial support for girls’ rights.
