Remote working is awesome, but it isn’t exactly easy...
In a survey by Buffer, 27% of the remote workers find it difficult to unplug from work followed by struggles like collaboration, loneliness, distractions at home, etc.
There is no denial - people are suffering from burnout because of these issues. Remote working doesn't mean working from home, it means the flexibility that you can work from anywhere - with your family or friends around.
While I help companies to align their remote team culture using technology, there are a few ways you can make your remote working utterly productive at your own level -
1/ Daily schedule in place
2/ Say No when you can’t take up more
3/ Asynchronous team building activities
4/ Get the right equipment
5/ Outdoor working sessions
6/ Encourage physical fitness
