It was such a privilege for us at Thinking Forks today to host Pawan Agarwal, the man who revolutionised food regulations in India in his capacity as the ex CEO of the FSSAI and who is playing such a key role in shaping the future of food systems through the of food systems transformation and the Food Future Foundation. In his interaction with the passionate young food scientists, chefs, packaging technologists, regulators, nutritionists and the amazing little nuggets of advice for them on the 7 parts of food system transformation tangram, the critical role that the budding food professionals are going to play in the future of food, and how any change is a journey and we all learn through this journey was absolutely incredible.
