✨ Honored. Humbled. Grateful. ✨
Receiving this medallion as I am installed as the President of the World Organisation Gestosis at the 53rd World Organisation Gestosis International Conference 2026 is truly a moment of deep gratitude and responsibility.
This honor represents far more than personal recognition—it reflects a shared commitment toward advancing maternal health, improving outcomes in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and strengthening global partnerships for women’s wellbeing.
Gestosis remains one of the most important challenges in maternal healthcare, and this role reinforces my dedication to prevention, precision in care, and collaborative action that creates lasting impact for women and families across the world.
I accept this responsibility with humility, knowing that leadership is not about position, but about purpose.
My sincere gratitude to my mentors, colleagues, and the entire World Organisation Gestosis fraternity for their trust and support.
Together, let us continue transforming knowledge into action, science into solutions, and partnerships into progress.
For safer pregnancies. For healthier mothers. For stronger generations.
With gratitude always. 🌸

✨ A healthy mother begins with a healthy mind. ✨
Motherhood is often celebrated for its strength, sacrifice, and unconditional love—but behind that strength, many mothers silently carry emotional exhaustion, anxiety, overwhelm, and mental health struggles that often go unseen.
On World Maternal Mental Health Day, we are reminded that maternal care is not complete without mental health care.
From pregnancy to postpartum and beyond, a mother’s emotional well-being shapes not only her own health, but also the well-being of her baby, her family, and the community around her. When a mother feels supported, heard, and cared for, families thrive and futures become stronger.
Mental health challenges during motherhood are real—and they deserve compassion, conversation, and care, not silence or stigma.
It is okay to ask for help.
It is okay to feel overwhelmed.
It is okay to choose rest.
And it is absolutely okay to prioritize your own well-being.
Under the continued advocacy of Dr. Hema Divakar, women’s health must always include emotional wellness, because true healthcare goes beyond the physical—it includes the mind, the heart, and the support systems around every woman.
At HDR Healthcare Foundation, we believe that supporting mothers means building stronger families, healthier children, and more resilient communities.
Because maternal mental health is not a luxury.
It is essential healthcare.
Let us break the stigma.
Let us start the conversation.
Let us create a world where every mother feels safe, supported, and never alone.

✨ Empowering Women, Strengthening Communities ✨
True healthcare begins long before treatment—it begins with awareness, access, prevention, and trust. Through the dedicated efforts of HDR Healthcare Foundation and ARTIST for HER, women’s wellness is being redefined by taking healthcare beyond hospitals and into the heart of communities.
Our Women’s Wellness Outreach is built on a simple yet powerful belief: every woman deserves access to quality healthcare, knowledge, and support—regardless of where she lives or her circumstances.
From preventive health check-ups and cervical cancer screenings to menstrual health awareness, nutrition guidance, emotional wellness, and counseling support, this initiative focuses on the whole woman—her physical, mental, and social well-being.
By reaching women where they are, listening to their concerns, and creating safe spaces for education and dialogue, we are helping build confidence, early intervention, and healthier futures for generations to come.
Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Hema Divakar, this mission continues to reflect a lifelong commitment to women’s dignity, equity, and preventive healthcare. Her passion for transforming women’s health through community engagement and public health advocacy remains the driving force behind every initiative.
Through grassroots outreach, awareness sessions, screenings, and collaborative health programs, HDR Foundation and ARTIST for HER are creating meaningful impact—because when women are healthy, families grow stronger and communities thrive.
This is not just healthcare outreach.
This is women-centered transformation.
Because empowered women create healthier societies.
Because prevention begins with awareness.
