Today Sarvodaya Hospital in association with Dr Tiwari’s Health Mantra Gym organised a seminar highlighting a very important topic of concern we are facing now a days “Sudden Heart Attack During Intense Exercise In Gym.”
The session highlighted the importance of heart health, preventive & precautionary measures to protect ourselves and close ones in case of an emergency via Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation ie CPR technique followed by an interactive question answer session in the end where our fellow members asked questions to all the panelist.
