When someone comes into your life after a long time,
and they make you feel special,

yet you still don’t trust easily.

And when you finally begin to trust them,
they play with your heart and walk away.

Then you feel empty.
You start asking yourself,
“Was my love one-sided?”

After that, every relationship feels fake.
You no longer know whom to trust.

Then your feelings come out,
and you write them down in a notebook.
Slowly, a song is born—
a song about one-sided love.

You even let that person hear the song,
but you never tell them the truth,
that this song was written for them.

After that, you live with hope,
believing that one day they will return.
You keep praying to Allah,
asking Him to give you that person.

And Allah says,
“You only ask in your prayers
for what I have already decided to give you.”

Then you don’t feel hopeless anymore.
