IRMA, “Tribhuvan” Sahkari University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA), Government of Gujarat, on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of Hon’ble Former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji, which is observed as the ‘Good Governance Day.’

The MoU was signed in the august presence of Shri Bhupendra Patel ji, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Gujarat, by Dr. Saswata Biswas, Director, IRMA, and Shri Hareet Shukla, IAS, Director General, SPIPA.

Through the agreement, IRMA and SPIPA will collaborate in the field of capacity building, public administration, public policy, rural development, governance, and allied areas, and undertake related activities.

The exposure and atmosphere students receive at IRMA instils the core ethics and values along with the mission to serve the unserved segments of society. Our esteemed alumnus Jagdeesh Rao Puppala, Founder & CEO of The Foundation for Ecological Security has extended this vision with his entrepreneurial venture that helps secure rights to the land and assists the local communities in strengthening and building local institutions, restoring degraded ecosystems, and cultivating local volunteers to take on the stewardship and preservation of the forest and water resources around them.
