We are looking for an experienced 4D Specialist to join our BIM team. You will play a key role in integrating schedules into BIM models to deliver powerful 4D simulations and construction sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement 4D BIM strategies
Create construction sequence visualizations using Synchro 4D
Run simulations and optimize schedules
Collaborate with project teams & stakeholders

Qualifications:

Proven experience in 4D BIM & project coordination
Proficiency in Synchro 4D
Strong understanding of construction sequencing & scheduling
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
