A Report on Food Fest On 2nd June 2018

It was the greater day for Centum Alakode, especially for the 2058 Hospitality batch that they organized grant food festival, which was well prepared and appreciable in nature. As a prior preparation the trainees from the batch started planning a week before. They all acted together under the guidelines of officers, especially the batch Coordinator Mr. Jess Mathew at Centum, Alakode. On the day of Food fest all delicious food was served. The food menu for the day was likely, Jackfruit, Tapioca, White rice, Chicken curry, traditional Fish curry, Salad, Falooda etc. The participants were all satisfied with the scrumptious food menu. The guests were from outside, Centum enjoyed much. The day was enriched with the presence of Mr. Ratheesh Sir, who inaugurated the festival with great enthusiasm and Shonit Sir. Particularly the food fest was organized to avail practical exposure for the trainees to develop their skill in the field and to get more touch with curriculum. Anyway al the trainees prepared everything that gained big gratefulness from Centum learning and outside the Centre.
