We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Recruiter to handle recruitment activities, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and manpower hiring for manufacturing industries.

⚒️ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment process
✔ Source and screen candidates as per requirement
✔ Schedule interviews and coordinate with departments
✔ Maintain recruitment database and employee records
✔ Follow up with candidates and clients
✔ Handle joining formalities and onboarding process
✔ Support HR documentation and office coordination
