My biggest hiring mistakes that I don't want fellow travelpreneurs to repeat!
1. Not giving them enough time to prove their worth.

2. Thinking from a narrow mindset of saving money rather than thinking about investing in the right candidate who can get me great returns.

3. Allowing them too much flexibility, a certain sense of boundaries, and strict deadlines are necessary.

4. Trusting them too much, didn’t check myself and got conned by one of them.

5. Have a system of tracking their progress before hiring them.

6. Never ignore the red flags.

7. I tried to do everything myself.

8. If you are hiring interns, give them daily or weekly tasks.
