ALTER on DRUMS

TL;DR: Oceans on Orion has a new drummer — and honestly, we're a little jealous of you. 😉

Let’s start with a confession.
When Aviram started leaving (yes, the man attempted to leave two years ago), we were seriously nervous.
Who could possibly fill those shoes? Not just as a drummer — but as a personality, a presence, a brother?
Who could keep up with his sense of humor? How do you even replace a founding bandmate?

So, naturally… we stalled.
We dragged it out. We begged. We bribed.
But the time has come. For real.

And then — Alter stepped in.
Jonathan Alter has been in our orbit for years. He played with Lev in ANY, our Hebrew-singing "sister" band. He even played with Infy and XIN (who also played in Oceans On Orion and ANY… lost yet? Yeah, us too).🙂

Anyway — he stepped in like he’d always been there.🌪️
Two shows and a festival in Romania later, and it’s like he’s always been part of the madness.
An insane performer, a real friend, and a wildly talented drummer.
You know how good he is? We watch footage from the shows and get bummed out, because we were facing away from him while he was going full beast mode back there.🔥
