It's circuit training time! Do it early in your week and get it done with before you let your life get in the way of your health!
1. High knees-30 on each leg
2. Bridges with marching step- 20 on each leg
3. Leg lifts- 15
4. Fast step ups- 15 on each leg
5. Pullups/ assisted pullups
6. Pushups
Repeat 3 times and do it for your fastest time. Post your time below!

Today FIT:TLV challenges you all to a 16 minute Tabata HIIT routine! That's 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds resting, repeated 8 times for each of the following exercises:
- Pushups
- High Knees
- Flutter kicks
- Tricep dips

-Hill sprint
-20 pushups
-30 second flutter kicks
-15 downward dog pushups
