After two years of not even one tourist I was thrilled yesterday to come back on scene.
Thanks to Charlotte and Randy and their friends who have chosen to spend their second day of their first trip to Tel Aviv, cooking with me in my small homy kitchen.
We had such a good time full of laughter and good food.
We started as complete strangers, but we said goodbye as family.

🇮🇱Today it's Independence day in Israel - the most weird Independence day ever - we all stay at home. If you ever been to Israel you should remember the festivals and happiness all around.

I never make Falafel at home unless I had students from somewhere around the world who would have asked to learn how to make it. But today I'm going to make them and remember all of you who came to make them with me in my kitchen over the last 10 years. I'm praying that you will travel again soon especially to Israel and come to learn how to make all the delicious Israeli food with me 🙌
