One Former Kurkar Ridge

Located in western Ramat Hasharon, on a site that was once a natural kurkar ridge, this collection of four private homes was designed with a unified architectural language while preserving the individuality and privacy of each residence.

The project was awarded Second Place at the Israeli Architecture Awards in the Private Residential Building category, recognizing its architectural excellence and thoughtful design.

The project responds to the site’s topography through a carefully orchestrated split-level design, transforming changes in elevation into an integral part of the architectural experience. Every design decision-from the composition of the volumes to the placement of openings- strengthens the relationship between architecture, landscape, and everyday living.

The result is a residential complex with a precise and cohesive architectural language, where each home expresses its own identity as part of a complete composition. A design approach that transforms topographical challenges into an opportunity to create architecture that is thoughtful, site-sensitive, and timeless.
