Kahena is turning 15 tomorrow.
During yesterday's all-hands, we thought of starting the meeting off asking a few questions of the team as an ice breaker. Among them was "what do you love about working here?".
Honestly, it felt a bit vulnerable putting that out there on the spot. Agency life can be brutal: non stop, thankless, and never-ending. But the team's responses to the conversation starters led to 30 minutes of sharing: special memories, how the industry has changed, and just overall gratitude that really put everything into perspective.
We're obviously not sharing the private stuff. But we're beaming with pride too much not to share the consistent messages that so many teammates shared about why they love working here - it's about the PEOPLE!
We've got a lot of thoughts and emotions reflecting back on the last crazy 15 years. But ultimately, so much boils down to what's said in this clip.
Thanks to all of the incredible people: current and past teammates and clients. You all make it worthwhile.
