Use marketing automation to increase your brand loyalty -
Set a deadline relevant to your audience that if a customer passed it and haven't purchased during this time, then they are considered lost customers, and build an automation flow accordingly.
Here you can see a simple trigger ("purchased in the last two months"), following by either "yes" or "no" - if it's a lost customer, then they'll receive an automated email with a 20% discount, as emails have the highest ROI.
