We are now 3 weeks into our Summer Athletic development camp, and we are already seeing huge improvements in our athletes both physically and mentally.
Our program is split up into: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Sunday we have a lower body specific training program. Our focus is to focus on complex movements such as squats, deadlifts, and more to build a strong athletic base and to see huge improvements on the court.
On Mondays, the main focus is on building the athletes upper body, as well as finishing with 30 minutes of conditioning.
Wednesday is split between the lower body and the upper body with conditioning to finish.
Friday is our athletics day, we are either doing basketball specific conditioning or we are at the beach doing a mental/physical session.
