Today, we had the privilege of taking part in an inspiring initiative led by ״Shavot״ ( ), as part of Girl’s Week 💫

Women from Itoro met with students across the country, sharing their personal and professional journeys—the paths they’ve taken, the challenges they’ve faced, the successes they’ve achieved, and the insights they’ve gained along the way.

Girl’s Week in Israel, led by ״Shavot״, is rooted in a deep belief in the power of inspiring female role models to shape reality: breaking glass ceilings, expanding horizons, and influencing the next generation of leaders in Israel.

We are incredibly proud of our women, who led these sessions with sensitivity, honesty, and professionalism—opening horizons and serving as role models for the younger generation.
