Its more a dynamic exercise.
What we're doing is we're walking out slowly and controlled.
There is a moment here when one hand is going to be off the ground to allow the other to move forward and backwards. The aim is to slow walking yourself to your chest all the way in contact with the wall and walking yourself out.
The sable part here is when you missing your hand contact off the ground while you walking yourself out and in to the wall.馃じ
