OPEN WINE
03/07/2026
Friends, we’re opening the doors of our bar once again. As many of you already know, Open Wine is more than just a place for good wine. It’s a space where artists, creators, lecturers, musicians, and simply good people come together.
On July 9, we’d love to invite you to the opening of a new exhibition by our friend, the talented artist Dima ütro
Dima lives and works in Tel Aviv. A graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, he is also a painting instructor whose work explores the relationship between people, the city, memory, and the self.
This exhibition is especially meaningful to us. It grew out of a story in which art, love, wine, people, and, of course, Tel Aviv unexpectedly became intertwined. It’s a story about how a city sometimes gives back what we once thought was lost.
And we feel incredibly lucky: years later, Dima has returned to Frenkel Street—not to leave his paintings on the sidewalks, as he once did, but to share them here at Open Wine.
We’re truly happy to be part of this story, and we hope you’ll join us for the opening. We can’t wait to see you there!

Sometimes the most valuable thing in wine is not the bottle itself, but the people gathered around it.
At Florentine, we know this for sure: wine becomes truly memorable only when it creates a community - conversations, shared evenings, familiar faces, new friends.
These bottles by Il Poggiarello feel made exactly for that. A family winery from Emilia-Romagna, known for expressive, character-driven wines and a deep connection to its land. Their labels are portraits : cinematic, emotional, almost alive - and each bottle feels like a different personality at the table.
A little wild, a little romantic, deeply Italian.
Wine about people, for people. 🍷

A true taste of summer in a glass - fresh, light, and effortlessly elegant.
This dry white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Colombard is made for warm days, long lunches, and slow evenings. Bright notes of green guava and grapefruit peel create a vibrant tropical freshness, while the lively acidity keeps it crisp, refreshing, and beautifully balanced.
is known for wines that perfectly suit the Israeli climate and local cuisine: aromatic yet delicate, complex without heaviness, and wonderfully easy to drink.
Now available in our store - and with only 64 calories per 100 ml, it’s exactly the kind of bottle you’ll want chilled and ready all summer long.
