From Netflix DVDs to Streaming. From TWA to SpaceX. From Earth-based bio labs to microgravity space R&D.
I was honored to speak on the Investment Panel at the Health From Space Congress 2025 in Cannes, where we explored the future of biotech in space—and more importantly, how we fund, protect, and scale it.
Just like Netflix started as a DVD distributor before it became a cloud giant, or how TWA marked the dawn of private aviation, space-based biomedical research is at its inflection point. Microgravity is not a gimmick—it’s a game-changer.
But innovation needs infrastructure.
That’s why we’re building:
• ORBITinsure.space: Risk protection and insurance for life sciences and biotech experiments in space.
• ORBITQ: Simulation software to model microgravity conditions on Earth, making R&D faster, cheaper, and more accessible.
As space becomes the next frontier for pharma, we need tools that de-risk and de-complexify the journey—from experiment to exit velocity.
