RASK Travel

If you travel often enough, you realise fairly quickly that luxury travel isn’t really about thread counts or whether a hotel has a marble bathroom anymore.
The difference is usually in the perspective behind the booking. Understanding how someone actually likes to travel. Knowing when a destination is right for them – and when it isn’t. Having people on the ground you trust. Recognising which experiences genuinely shape a trip, and which ones are probably best left to Instagram.
That’s a huge part of what we spend our time doing at RASK – travelling, researching, listening, refining, and staying close to the people and places shaping travel globally.
We’ve started sharing a little more of that world through the RASK Journal and our newsletter lately, for those who enjoy following along with the hotels, destinations, and ideas shaping how people travel now.

Last-minute honeymoon? It actually happens more than you’d think.
Whilst most are planned months (sometimes years) in advance, we’re always happy to step in when timing’s a little tighter – and make sure it’s still the most insanely perfect trip of your life.
We recently sent a lovely couple to St Barths, staying at Blanc St-Barth – a brilliant choice for a honeymoon. It’s relaxed but polished, right on Flamands Beach, and feels private without ever being too quiet.
We can partner with their in-house team to organise some really special experiences – from days out on their private sailing yacht, to an afternoon for two at the brand-new Guerlain spa.
Whether it’s St Barths or somewhere completely different, we can make it happen – even at shorter notice.
Thank you so much for travelling RASK!

As we begin thinking about long, balmy summers, we couldn’t help but turn our attention to St Tropez – where, this month, the highly anticipated White Lotus Season 4 begins filming.
The setting? Airelles Saint-Tropez – a 19th-century château above Pampelonne that feels purpose-built for exactly this kind of drama.
We’ve taken a closer look at the hotel itself – what it’s actually like to stay there – along with Airelles’ next move, as they open their newest property in Venice.

Where are our RASK VIPs? 🇲🇽
On a stretch of coastline that most of the Riviera Maya forgot – or perhaps, was lucky enough to be left alone.
A lovely couple has checked into Hotel Esencia, once the private home of an Italian duchess, now something far rarer: a hotel that feels entirely its own. Jungle at your back, the pale sweep of Xpu-Ha bay in front, and very little in between.
There’s a rhythm to it. Coffee and pastries arrive quietly to your terrace. Mornings might start with yoga facing the sea, or a swim before the heat settles in. From there, it’s loose – a long lunch, the pool, the beach, or disappearing entirely into the 50 acres of gardens and jungle paths.
Food is taken seriously here without ever feeling heavy – a Yucatán kitchen with Mediterranean touches, a low-key omakase, a beef bar, fresh juices in the morning, mezcal as the sun drops.
It’s also one of the most awarded hotels in the region – Three Michelin Keys, five consecutive years of Forbes Five Stars – but none of that is what you notice first. What you feel is the space, the privacy, and the sense that everything has been thought through, then softened.
