Spock Brows happen when botox is injected only at the central part of the upper forehead, leaving the sides untouched. When the central forehead is weakened and the outer sides remain active, it causes the outer brow to appear like it's lifted too high.
If it occurs, it can often be fixed by adding a small amount of additional botox just above the highest point of the brow arch.
