They opened a new sushi place nearby,
On each table- they had placed a tiny box of used crayons.
About five tables were already seated when we arrived. All adults. All completely ignoring the crayons.

Feeling creative- I grabbed a blue crayon and began scrabbling on the back of my paper cloth.

“Very nice!” the owner told me-
“It is a very cute Panda!”

And that was the first time in my life that a waiter came over with a bill, and handed it straight to my girlfriend.

It feels so surreal being back where we started 12 years ago-
No permanent studio, no supply chain, no go-to shipping company…
I’m not even sure our website really works.

But that is exactly why I’m excited to do this again-
If anyone wants something from us, we can do this old-school:

We actually just wrapped our first handmade custom order in years, and the nostalgia vibes are hitting the roof.
