These whatsapp groups become a place for birth bag prep, last-minute questions, helpful videos, and those first newborn photos that never stop melting my heart.🫠

It’s one of my favorite parts of accompanying families as a doula, and seeing them line up like this reminds me how lucky I am to do this work.

We’re so excited to welcome Avigail to the Balance Center team! A devoted Naturopath, Clinical Herbalist, and Reflexologist, Avigail brings a deep-rooted heritage of natural healing and a passion for guiding others on their wellness journeys.

Trained at Michlelet Maayanot in Jerusalem, she blends traditional wisdom with modern naturopathic science, supporting clients with mood disorders, hormonal balance and fertility, digestive issues, thyroid health, autoimmune conditions, and children’s wellness.

As a mother of five, Avigail offers not only clinical expertise but also grounded empathy and care. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support, and she empowers women and families with the tools they need to thrive—naturally. 💚

Practicing Sobada (Abdominal Therapy) on a fellow student during my certification training with Annette Green, through the Abdominal Therapy Collective (ATC) — and I couldn’t be more excited!

It’s such a gift to continue deepening my knowledge in this incredible lineage of Maya healing, and to learn how to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance itself through gentle, powerful touch.

This work is so much more than massage — it supports reproductive, digestive, and emotional health by restoring alignment, circulation, and vitality to the abdominal and pelvic organs.

I can’t wait to begin offering this therapy (called Sobada here in Israel) to clients at the Balance Center soon 💫
