🍋 Every Frozen Lemon Meringue cake contains almost 2 cups of deliciously awesome homemade lemon curd. The kind of lemon curd that makes you really happy inside. So when I start Pesach prep I make a tone of this stuff. Because it goes super fast… (ps this lemon curd can also be found on the menu in our dessert cups).
