job description
· Task management and allocation of existing resources for the development and maintenance of websites in the organization, and for tasks.
· Additional information systems for the organization.
· Promoting websites technologically and ensuring technological adaptations to the changing world of the Internet.
דרישות
Two years of experience or more - a preference for those with experience in the Internet world.
Knowledge and understanding in the field of the Internet and in the field of digital media.
Proven experience in managing complex projects on the Internet: characterizing systems on the web, applications on various platforms and on mobile (including technological complexity).
Designing and writing characterizations / deep understanding in the field of interfaces - UI / UX Complete control of the Internet environment.
Proven experience and ability in task management, high service awareness, multitasking, intuitive ability to solve problems in real time.
Experience in version management. Performing control and operational tests.

תיאור
את/ה מרכז הפרויקט - עבודה צמודה עם לקוחות עסקיים, צוותי UX, פיתוח, QA, ותשתיות לאורך כל מחזור החיים של המוצר מקבלת הדרישה ועד להשקה, עם המשך ניהול וטיפול בדרישות חדשות בשוטף.
חקירת מצב קיים, ירידה לפרטים, הבנת הדרישה העסקית וזיהוי צרכים ופערים.
תרגום דרישות עסקיות למסמכי אפיון טכניים (User Stories) מפורטים הכוללים: ארכיטקטורת מערכות ותהליכים, אפיון APIs, אפיון אפליקטיבי פונקציונאלי, מסכי מערכת ועוד.
ניהול לו"ז ומשימות הפרויקט, ותכלול העבודה מול הצוותים השותפים וההנהלה.
דרישות
לפחות 4 שנות ניסיון בניתוח מערכות וניהול פרויקטים בעולם Agile.
ניסיון ורקע בפיתוח תוכנה, הבנה של מערכות וארכיטקטורות WEB.
כתיבת אפיונים טכניים, ניסיון באפיון מערכות WEB ואפליקציות Mobile.
ניסיון בעבודה מול בסיסי נתונים וממשקים.
ניסיון בניהול פרויקטי פיתוח מקצה לקצה (איסוף דרישות, ניתוח עסקי, אפיון טכני, ליווי צוותי פיתוח ובדיקות).
יתרון: רקע וניסיון בעולמות הביטוח או הפיננסים.
בוגר/ת תואר ראשון רלוונטי.
