We discussed the transition from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to AI agents - what changes architecturally, operationally, and strategically.

We demonstrated how to monitor Azure AI Foundry using Elastic - including observability for prompts, responses, token consumption, performance, and billing visibility.

We shared practical insights on controlling AI costs, improving reliability, and ensuring production-grade governance.
