🚆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗠𝗲’𝘂𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗸 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘇’𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: BMS (Building Management System), Electrical Engineering Systems, Lighting Designers, Communication Works, Electric Vehicle Charging, and Architectural Lighting Designing.

As part of the national Railway 431 initiative, which will connect the southern coastal plain (Ashdod, Ashkelon, etc.) and central Israel’s localities (Rishon LeZion, Ramla, etc.) to Modi’in and Jerusalem via a 30-kilometer-long railway. At Topaz, we are proud to have contributed to this national project in the design of Ma’ayan Shorik Station, a key part of Segment 7 in the Railway Tracks no. 431 in the West Project.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:
• 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲: The station will be built as part of the longest bridge built in Israel (3.5 km), which will connect the Kiryat Rishon interchange to HaRishonim station.
• 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱:
1. Two side platforms on a bridge.
2. Four levels of covered parking.
3. External parking with provisions for electric vehicle charging.
4. Passenger hall.
5. Energy center.

This project is unique not only for its complexity but also for the integration of cutting-edge sustainable solutions, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure and energy-efficient lighting.
