مشروع "كسر الجليد" قائم منذ عام 2005، بقيادة المرشدة ألفت حيدر.
هذا البرنامج يهدف إلى بناء قيادة مجتمعية قائمة على القيم الإنسانية مع التمسك بالهوية الشخصية للفرد والانسان. يتم البرنامج من خلال تجوال المشاركين في أحضان الطبيعة وتسلق القمم في جبال الألب السويسرية. مما يساهم في تعزيز مهارات التعاون والتواصل بين الفرد لذاته والفرد كجزء من المجموعة. هذا البرنامج هو فرصة رائعة للأفراد لاكتشاف قدراتهم وتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية، وتعزيز روح الانتماء والتفاني في خدمة
المجتمع.

הפרויקט הוקם ב- 2005 בהובלת Ulfat Haider.
לבניית מנהיגות חברתית המבוססת על ערכים וכבוד הדדי עם חיזוק זהות לפרט ותחושת שייכות לקולקטיב. המשתתפים מטפסים את הרי האלפים בשוויצריה היפה. האתגר של טיפוס ההרים מעצים את יכולת הפרט והקבוצה לגישור ולחיבור גם לעצמם, לאחרים ולטבע. בנוסף, לגילוי ופיתוח זהות יזמית עם חיזוק
תחושת שייכות ותרומה לקהילה.

Breaking the ice(BTI) is an initiative that established at 2005 up until now by Ulfat Haider. BTI is a leadership programm to bridge between social leaders through hiking in the mountains of the alpes. Hiking the Alps could be very challenging. These challenges and connecting to nature empowers individuals and the collective to get through these tough times and sustaining our humanity and core values through social leadership. Life becomes more enriching when we set it up for growth and when we surround our lives with people that feed our souls. Big thanks for the participants and , Coexistenceswithout you it wouldn't be the same.
