I was so delighted to give Miriam her 9st lost cert in class last Friday! Since Miriam joined our wonderful class in May 2024 she never misses class, stays for the talk and tracks her food every day, the results speak for themselves if she can do it so can you! Come and join our fantastic Friday class we have the most fun with brilliant members and everyone is made feel so welcome! We’re in St Peter’s Parish Centre Dublin rd every Friday 9-10.15am xx
