Would you like to find out more information about the new childminding regulations?

Join us for our free Pre-registration Training in November.

This training will be delivered by Rachel our Childminding Development Officer and it will take approximately 6-7 hours.

This training will provide all the information you need to understand what is required under the new regulations and will also explain the registration process.

The National Action Plan for Childminding is conducting a national survey of childminders. The purpose of this survey is to gather data on current childminding practice. This snapshot survey will feed into the development of new childminding regulations in Ireland.

The survey is open for 1 week only from Monday 20th March (8am) to Monday 27th March 2023(6pm).

Childminders don't forget to contact Wicklow County Childcare Committee on 0404-64455 to arrange to collect your book bag.

This project is aimed at childminders who are not required to register with Tusla, Tusla registered childminders can access their book bags from their local library as part of the Little Libraries Initiative.
