Reflecting today on soul-awareness, begging the question “how do we know when we are really connecting with soul?” When we really listen to what she’s saying, we begin to experience synchronicities in our daily life. The quality of these events allows us to know deeply that what might appear on the surface as a simple coincidence, has a more depthful resonance within us. All we have to “do” is allow it. :-)

Monday Meditation

Within each of us lies our true selves (our Golden Buddha) very often covered over by layers of conditioning, fear and the compulsion to hide and feel safe from pain, suffering and the challenges of life. In this way we have managed to create ideas, concepts of who we are. We live out these concepts at the expense of the priceless riches and wealth of our inner life. It is a relief to know that in spite of this, our golden selves remain intact, unchangeable.
The true art of transformation doesn’t lie in getting away from our challenges, but in allowing our true natures to shine through dissolving our conditioned blockages, blind spots, self-limiting beliefs and erroneous image of who we are. Spending some time each day in conscious presence through meditation, mindfulness or breathing practices, is the key to unlocking this soul treasure within us all. Unspeakably enriching ...
