Out pounding the pavements again 🏃‍♂️ as I train for the Dublin Marathon 2025 – apparently you can’t just rock up on the day and hope for the best 😅

To take part, I need to raise a minimum of €450 by 17th August 🎯 and my bigger goal is to hit €2025 💶 for a cause that means a lot to me ❤️

I know things can be tight (life isn’t exactly handing out free coffees ☕️ these days) but if you can donate anything at all, I’d be genuinely grateful. Every little helps 🙏

Delivering Dignity at Work with the Gleneagle Group 🏨

What a brilliant few sessions with the team at The Gleneagle Group full of energy, insight, and real-life stories that brought the topic of Dignity and Respect at Work to life!

We explored how small daily interactions make a big impact, refreshed our understanding of the legislation, and had some powerful (and often hilarious!) human moments that grounded the learning in real experience.

It was a joy to see such openness, curiosity, and commitment to doing the right thing, not just ticking boxes, but truly embedding a culture of respect.

You’re already doing a great job, and these sessions were about turning the dial up even further.

Big thanks to all the participants who brought the colour and context, and of course to for making it all happen.

Here’s to keeping dignity and respect at the heart of how we work every day.
