I am absolutely blessed with the amazing people in my life, without them I’d be lost. A special shoutout has to go to who has had to talk me out of many meltdowns and .kitchen who keeps my hanger at bay.

I am absolutely thrilled for on winning Butcher of the Year for the 3rd year! Beyond proud of my entire family, and so excited to be a part of my family business. Many of ye may not know that I am officially an apprentice there, training to be a master butcher just like my oul lad.

Huge thanks to the ladies who worked their magic and had me feeling like a million euros….and they took home 2 prizes.
