Dublin’s Collosus deal in the kind of no-nonsense rock ’n’ roll that feels like it was built for sticky floors, blown speakers and late-night singalongs. Armed with swaggering riffs, punchy hooks and a healthy disregard for trends, they channel the spirit of classic guitar bands while keeping both feet planted firmly in the here and now. Loud, sharp and impossible to ignore, Collosus are proof that rock ’n’ roll is still very much alive in the capital.
