Craol would like to offer our congratulations to everyone at Ros FM on securing and signing a new ten-year license with Coimisiún na Meán. This is a huge milestone for the station and a testament to the commitment, resilience, and professionalism of the entire team.

The successful outcome reflects the hard work behind the scenes, and these efforts were clearly instrumental in bringing the application to completion.
David Creighton Ros fm Manager had the following to share
"This new ten-year license is a massive achievement and a strong vote of confidence in Ros FM’s role as a vital community broadcaster. Well done to all involved—this is community radio at its best, and we wish you continued success over the next decade and beyond" He went on to thank their Chairperson Bernie Kearney by saying "Ros Fm has come back stronger then ever, but none of which would have been possible if not for one man " Bernie " he simple does not know the meaning of giving up, no matter how big the problem and he deserves extraordinary credit for his own personal commitment to the station"

The Craol team will be looking forward to working with you and wish you all the best for the next 10 years.

Craol would like to congratulate Scariff Bay Community Radio on signing the contract for their first 10-year license with Coimisiún na Meán on Monday. We look forward to working with this talented and driven group, who have been actively broadcasting to Scariff Bay and surrounding areas under a temporary licence.

They have demonstrated remarkable dedication and teamwork, and have already enjoyed success at the Craol Annual Achievement Awards. These awards recognise and celebrate excellence, creativity, and social impact in programming and production across Ireland’s community radio network, and we have no doubt that we will be welcoming Scariff Bay Community Radio back on stage in the future to accept further awards on behalf of their station.

Best wishes for the years ahead, and for the next 10 years in particular, as you embark on this exciting new chapter.
