An expensive lesson for not shopping local.
3 yr old boiler installed by a large energy company. Water not treated correctly, softened water in an aluminium heat exchanger led to pinholes inside the combustion chamber. It costs half the price of a new boiler again to rectify. ALWAYS KEEP BUSINESS LOCAL

Nice little job replacing an old inefficient boiler that was unserviceable due to its location, yet “serviced” by one of the big energy companies for the last few years. System was clogged full of sludge. Customer now has a toasty home and lots of hot water.
