Starting with the foundations:

โœ… Grip efficiency
โœ… Pulling mechanics
โœ… Building confidence on the rope

Rope climbs arenโ€™t just about upper body strength โ€” they demand coordination, control, timing, and technique. Mastering the basics now sets the foundation for bigger progress over the next few weeks.

No matter your level, everyone starts somewhere. Consistent practice, patience, and small improvements each week will make a huge difference by the end of the block ๐Ÿ’ช

Our Hybrid / Metcon classes are built for all fitness levels ๐Ÿ’ช

Every session starts with 15โ€“20 minutes of structured warm up, mobility, and movement prep before we hit the workout.

Why? Because moving well matters just as much as training hard.

Mobility work helps improve movement quality, reduce stiffness, increase range of motion, and lower the risk of injury โ€” allowing you to train consistently and get more from every session. Whether itโ€™s improving squat depth, overhead positioning, running mechanics, or simply helping you feel better day to day, mobility is a huge part of long term progress.

Once weโ€™re warm, loose, and ready to move, we get into a high energy Hybrid / Metcon workout designed to build strength, fitness, conditioning, and confidence ๐Ÿ”ฅ
