I remember seeing a quote from Jennifer Garner, speaking to Parade Magazine about her divorce from Ben Affleck, where she said “It was a huge heartbreak for me to have something fail like that...but I had to come into my own. I thought, ‘Why did this relationship not work? What part of the failure is my responsibility?’ So I went to work on it. I started therapy.”
When people in the public eye speak openly about therapy, it helps normalise something that so many people benefit from. Support isn’t a weakness. It’s part of being human. 🤍

Most of us are trained to support our clients, but not to run a business - yet when we start out in private practice we’re expected to do both.
That’s exactly why I’m hosting Power Up Your Private Practice on Saturday 21st March. This online workshop will cover:
•Marketing yourself in a way that feels authentic
•Managing the business and admin side with confidence
•Developing a clear & strong professional identity
I’ll also be sharing insights I wish I had known when I started my own practice. The day will be facilitated in an interactive and experiential way, giving participants the opportunity to reflect, share, and overcome hesitations and blindspots.
